Year 3 and 4 had a brilliant day out at the museum in Nantwich learning about Christmas in Tudor times. The children were impeccably behaved and did not stop smiling the whole time we were there. They all had the opportunity to learn lots of new facts, help prepare the table for a feast, experience the entertainments and dances the Tudors would have enjoyed. They also had fun putting on a Shakespeare play and learning how to sword fight to protect their local town! It was a pleasure to take all the children on the trip and see how they have all thoroughly enjoyed this topic. A big thank you to all the staff that came on the trip and for helping to organise it.
